Work out!
Guys, day 2 of working out again and I am feeling awful but amazing, I am still shaking from sore and used muscles. Drenched in sweat and wanting to just pass out on the floor! I haven't felt like this since the beginning of Mountain Mamas. Here is what I did today:
Warm Up
Full Body Resistance Band Workout
Cool Down and Stretch
I had to use my green band on the workout and I felt so weak! I can't wait to get back to my red band and feeling strong again. On the plus side of working out at home, I can workout in just my bra and underwear and it doesn't matter, rofl!!
