Day 62: Ab Day

Not gonna lie, I was late to class this morning thanks to a new book I got yesterday. Which is very interesting since the question of the day had to do with books!

Question: What is your favorite book?
Answer: I do not have a favorite book. I went with my top 2 authors instead, lol, Nora Roberts (her classic stuff, not so much the new stuff) and Christine Feehan

1) Catch up with the class by the bridge

2) Quick run to the baseball field

3) Get out Yoga Mat for Ab work Rotations 2x
- Crunches
- Double leg lifts
- Side to Side Crunches
- Flutter kicks
- Bicycles
- Toe Touches
- Plank hold

4) Child's Pose

5) Old Mac Donald with resistance bands

6) Head back to the bridge for toe taps

7) Run to the benches by the softball field

8) 5 rotations of:
- push ups
- step ups
- chair dips
- mountain climbers

9) Move to a grassy area, get out yoga mats

10) Ab work Rotations 2x
- Crunches
- Double leg lifts
- Side to Side Crunches
- Flutter kicks
- Bicycles
- Toe Touches
- Plank hold

11) Child's Pose

12) Other stretches then pack up and roll out

Today was a good ab workout and I am thinking that I will be feeling my tummy and legs for sure tonight, especially since I have soccer practice to coach and I will be getting a lot of running and learning in today. I really want to learn how to be an awesome coach and that requires me to put in effort!
